The following policy is for US orders only.
We want you to love your CARE BY ME USA purchase, so if you aren’t absolutely delighted with your purchase, we make it easy for you to exchange or return it for free (no additional postage or insurance required).
We will issue a return label or provide another source of prepaid shipping.
Please ensure that you follow the directions provided and we will get this return/exchange done for you as quickly as possible. Whatever form of shipping is utilized, please include your name, address, email address, phone number and order number (if available) INSIDE the package - this will help us match the package with your request upon receipt at our warehouse.
If you do not wish to use the shipping that we provide, please contact us for shipping address and be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. CARE BY ME USA cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time frame.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - PayPal does not issue a full refund. Please note that when receiving a refund via PayPal a fee will be deducted from the total automatically.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale/discounted prices are final.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be provided with the information regarding your return.
